Piehole is a calorie tracking and nutrition app. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Your account

You need an account to use Piehole. Keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

What Piehole is (and isn't)

Piehole provides calorie tracking and AI-generated nutrition suggestions for informational purposes. It is not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have health conditions.

AI suggestions are generated by language models and may not always be accurate. Calorie and macro estimates are approximate.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service. This includes:

• Automated access or scraping
• Attempting to access other users' data
• Using the AI features to generate content unrelated to nutrition
• Circumventing rate limits

Third-party services

Piehole integrates with Strava, Open Food Facts, and Anthropic's AI. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. Piehole is not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy.

Data and privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Limitation of liability

Piehole is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated nutrition suggestions.
